18 inch diameter authentic Native American elk hide living drum by Alix Mosieur, signed. Known for her hand painted drums and wood plaques and of Native American ancestry herself. Drum stick included. There is a tear on rim as shown in photo up close but still functional and produces deep drum tones. My uncle purchased new several years ago. Also can use for home decor and nice 2.5 inch width to stand up on shelf or floor and balanced on it’s own in photos. Has Crazy Horse Native name and date of birth and death, although experts still are unsure of exact birth year. The label price is due to the dimensions of item and despite lightweight, the size is equivalent for a 12 lb label FYI.
